(OTCBB:LQMT) announced today that an honor considered one of the highest accolades in the scientific world, election to The National Academy of Sciences, was recently bestowed upon California Institute of Technologies Professor and Liquidmetal Technologies board member Professor William Johnson. Professor Johnson, who is amongst four faculty members at Cal-Tech named to the academy, directed the research that led to the discovery of the Liquidmetal(R) alloy.
